Positive, empathic and highly self-demanding, JC Agid is a source of inspiration. He likes to measure his performances and shares his successes with the teams he enjoys working with on a daily basis.
JC Agid and I worked together as he was managing Hotel Plaza Athénée’s global PR programs. A genuine passionate, creative and intuitive person, JC went far beyond his mandate to relentlessly help me market the Hotel’s SPA. We conceived impactful PR activities, launched programs to elevate clients’ experience and leveraged special events to draw attention to both Hotel Plaza Athénée and its Valmont SPA.
JC Agid is a brilliant marketer and organizer and his work on The Women’s Forum Mexico was inspiring. I spoke at both events and was always impressed with the quality of the participants, the topics discussed and the event logistics. It was a true honor to serve on the Advisory Board and work closely with JC Agid on promoting the role of women in the economic and society inside and outside of Mexico.
The Women’s Forum Mexico was a very impactful conference. I attended its first edition in 2016 – and subsequently the launch of CEO Champions in North America. I was pleased to see how high level discussions in Mexico could generate solutions that are easy to implement in other parts of the world and can improve the economic and social quality of life of so many women beyond Mexico and Latin America.
JC Agid’s philosophy has always been to break down barriers and bring people together to reach faster and more efficient results. This was so true when he developed and coordinated the CEO Champions’ initiative of the Women’s Forum for the Economy & Society. This is how the 30% Club, which I co-founded in the UK at the same time CEO Champions was launched in France, became a permanent partner and/or active participant to advance the issues of promotion of women in the workplace.
